Apprentice Coach
Start: September 2026
Accountable to: Managing Director & Operations Manager
Position Type: Full Time (30 Hours per week, including one education day)
Salary: In line with the national guidelines
Lifetime training through Coach Core.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sports, Coaching, or Physical Education enthusiast student with a desire to learn, a strong work ethic, wanting to gain insight into potential future career pathways in a sports environment.
The privatised cricket coaching sector continues to grow year on year, and TFCC have been one of the pioneering companies at the forefront of the sector's growth.
You’ll gain experience leading sessions and have exposure to working with players from club to county level, alongside ECB level 3 and 4 coaches with experience of coaching in international and county set-ups, as well as professional playing experience.
