Hours: Full-Time (30 hours per week, incl. 1 education day)

About the Role:
Kickstart your coaching journey with Tom Flowers Cricket Coaching, one of the UK’s leading private cricket development organisations. You’ll work alongside ECB Level 3 & 4 coaches with county and international experience, gaining hands-on exposure across grassroots to high-performance environments.
This role is ideal for an aspiring coach who wants real-world experience, elite mentorship, and a clear pathway into professional cricket coaching.
You Will:
✔ Lead and support coaching sessions across multiple age groups
✔ Assist in holiday camps, academies and bespoke programmes
✔ Support session planning, delivery and player development
✔ Gain experience in one-to-one and group coaching
✔ Be involved in community and outreach programmes
We’re Looking For:
📍 Passion for cricket and coaching
📍 Strong communication and teamwork skills
📍 Willingness to learn and develop professionally
📍 ECB Level 1/2 (preferred but not essential)
📍 UK resident with the right to work

Join Tom Flowers Cricket Coaching for an action-packed summer delivering high-quality cricket programmes across the UK. As a Summer Retainer Coach, you will take a lead role in planning and delivering TFCC holiday camps, working with players of all abilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This role is ideal for ambitious coaches who want to build their reputation, gain large-scale programme experience, and work within one of the UK’s most respected private coaching brands.
You Will:
✔ Lead and deliver holiday camps across multiple venues
✔ Plan and structure daily training programmes
✔ Manage groups of players across different age ranges
✔ Support and mentor junior coaches and apprentices
✔ Maintain high standards of safeguarding and professionalism
✔ Represent TFCC as a lead coach on-site
We’re Looking For:
Must Have
📍 Minimum ECB Level 2 coaching qualification
📍 Proven experience working with young players
📍 Strong leadership and communication skills
