You can pay via our website online booking option or directly via BACs. Bookings are only ever guaranteed upon receipt of full payment prior to the course.
How much do training courses cost?
Costs for courses are clearly identified in the info and booking section of the website.
What happens if it rains?
The TFCC team are experienced when It comes to providing educational yet fun cricketing alternatives in the event of wet weather.
1:1 sessions will be rescheduled, whilst arrangements for club sessions are liaised between TFCC & the club depending on contractual obligations.
For summer camps, in the case of wet weather our highly experienced staff always provide alternative indoor cricket related activities at our venues. Please note we cannot offer cancellations, refunds or credit notes for wet weather summer camp days and it is accepted that you adhere to these terms upon booking with us.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice prior to any cancellation for any booking to guarantee a full refund* (*minus a 30% cancellation fee- similarly refunds online may result in 3rd party processing fee charges so we recommend a credit on account to avoid these).
Cancellations made 14 days in advance will allow a full refund to be given without any cancellation fee applied.
We offer credit notes for cancelled summer courses and Winter Academy bookings, and an alternative session for 1:1s. Credit notes and 1:1s must be booked before the end of the current season. In the event you are unable to attend a 1:1 session you will not be entitled to re-book at a later stage and will be charged.
Please note - for Overseas trips or UK Residentials cancelled with more than 14 days notice, all deposits are non refundable as well as the direct cost of any pre-paid flights, plus the 30% cancellation fee of the final full amount, which also includes any 3rd party processing fees.
Changes to a current booking
We understand from time to time you may have to change a booking. Providing there are spaces on alternative courses and 10 days notice is given, you may change courses free of charge. Less than 10 days notice may be subject to our above cancellation policy at the descretion of the company.
Covid Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may be hesitant to book your child’s place in the current climate. Please do not worry - In the event a Course cannot proceed due to any legal rules on numbers/sporting activity put in place by the UK Government to prevent the spread of Covid-19 then you will be entitled to receive a full refund.
If your child is unable to attend due to having symptoms of Covid-19 or is isolating, we will automatically apply a credit to your account valid for 12 months (or end of 2022 season) from the date on which the written confirmation is received.
We request the confirmation in writing via email to [email protected] along with evidence of a positive test.
Where a credit note for an alternative course/service isn't accepted by the customer , you have the right to a full refund, minus the 30% cancellation fee (detailed in above cancellation policy when booking).
Are the team DBS checked?
All the team hold valid DBS certificates, are Safeguarded and also First Aid trained in line with ECB requirements
Coaches
All our Coaches are appropriately qualified, including ECB Level 2/3 and 4 coaches (or equivalent) and are members of the ECB Coaches association where applicable.
Timings , Drop off & Collection Procedure
The timings of courses are clear and will be shown in your confirmation email. Early and late pick up for cricket camps is now available. Parents are required to sign players in and out.
Late collection
All children MUST be collected by 4pm* unless having paid for late pick up prior. Your child will be looked after until you arrive, if you are likely to be delayed please notify staff via our switchboard 01572 359890. TFCC reserves the right to charge additional fees for late collection of children of £10.00 per child for every period of 15 minutes or part minutes that elapses after the appointed collection time to cover the additional staffing cost.
Upon booking you are agreeing to this protocol. If we have no contact from a parent/guardian by 4.30pm*, we will contact Social Services to advise them we have an uncollected child. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from parents who continually pick up late. Timings are subject to change. Parents will be made aware of timings upon making their booking and will receive email confirmation.
TFCC reserves the right to charge additional fees for late collection of children of £7.50 per child for every period of 15 minutes or part minutes that elapses after the appointed collection time to cover the additional staffing cost, which must be paid on collection to a TFCC Staff member.

YES! We pride ourselves with limiting the intakes of courses and are strict with numbers to ensure the highest possible level of coaching. Only early booking/payment will limit disappointment!

From time to time course dates/times/venues/staffing may change. TFCC reserves the right to do this with limited prior notice and explanation, but we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative at our discretion. Please note for changes to courses a credit note will be issued.
Childcare Vouchers
Unfortunately, no we do not accept Child Care Vouchers as we are a Physical Activity & Sports Camp provider that is governed by the Governing Bodies and Associations for the Sector. There is no requirement for us to be Ofsted Registered for Non Term Time Activities.
Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers are non transferrable for the service stated and must be used by expiration date shown. Vouchers are subject to fair usage policy, and may not be used more than once. Where applicable voucher number must also be quoted upon booking. TFCC reserve the right to cancel/void any vouchers that have been donated/provided for charitable purposes if it is suspected the user has taken advantage of the donation process.
Photography & Data Protection
From time to time, pictures and video footage may be used for promotional purposes from our coaching. Please remember, you must opt out of this during the registration process.
Your data will not be shared with any third party. We will occasionally email you regarding latest news/courses on offer. If you wish to opt out of our mailing system then please email us with 'Opt Out' to [email protected]
