We are looking to develop and expand a tour programme, we have recently been to visit the facilities at Desert Springs in Spain and are aiming to offer the following package in 2019!
Tom Flowers Cricket Coaching and the Cornish Cricket Company are teaming up to provide an overseas training camp for keen young cricketers’.
Our Previous Experience
* Tom, Sean and Ben have all been to visit the facilities at desert springs
* We have first hand experience of the quality of cricket facilities available there
* We have already spent 2-3 nights in the cricket accommodation and the quality is excellent
Cricket
* We aim to use this trip to provide high quality coaching and training facilities in the pre season period to prepare keen young cricketers for the season ahead.
* During the training camp we will have access to the first class facilities and will be going through a full pre written programme to ensure the players get the best possible experience
* Desert Springs has become a regular training facility for the England squads over the past two years.
* Many of the first class counties also use the facility as a preseason training centre.
The Venue
* The cricket facilities at Desert Springs are regularly used by the England and Wales Cricket Board for many of their different squads.
* The resort boasts an 18 wicket square with both Bermuda and Rye Grass. A training area with 24 grass nets and space for fielding drills. A range of ECB standard equipment including a BOLA Bowling Machine and a BOLA Merlin Machine.
* Jos Buttler (England International) said – “Thanks to everyone at Deserts Springs, another fantastic stay with the service to match, everyone has been so accommodating of our every need. The facilities and villas have been awesome, as is the golf course and I look forward to seeing you all again soon”
Accommodation
* The accommodation at desert springs is set around the championship golf course.
* Instead of hotel rooms the cricketers will be staying in small apartments this will work with 3 apartments with 4 players in each, with 2 coaches in the apartment on the bottom floor
* All of the apartments are within comfortable walking distance of the cricket facilities and the clubhouse

* 4 Nights accommodation at Desert Springs
* Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner each day
* Flights and transfers
* Training Kit for the camp
* Use of the Pool, Gym and Cricket Facilities (Golf available upon request)
* Experience of playing cricket overseas
